Three plaintiffs brought actions under 42 U.S.C. ? 1981 and ? 1983 against the city of Akron and members of its Civil Service Commission, alleging that they had been terminated from police officer cadet training because of their race. On cross motions for summary judgment, the district court granted summary judgment against plaintiffs and they appealed to this court. We affirm the district court.
